When do you ship my order?

Cut-off time for same-day shipping is at 2 PM PST (weekends and holidays are not included). The average estimated standard shipping is 5-8 business days. Please be mindful that the courier shipping process varies as well. A tracking number will be updated within 24-48 hours. If you don't see your tracking number after this time frame, please contact us at bargainspree22@gmail.com.

 

Can I update my address?

If you want to make any changes, please notify us immediately before the cut-off time (2 PM PST) for same-day shipping via email at bargainspree22@gmail.com or text (702)850-1727. NO REFUND will be provided for failing to submit correct information.

 

Can I cancel my order?

You can modify/cancel your order anytime before the cut-off time. Once the order is shipped, cancelation cannot be processed and NO REFUND will be provided.

 

What if I received a defective/damaged product?

Kindly send us proof such as photos/video within 24 hours of receiving your order with your order number for refund approval. Otherwise, as a one-time courtesy, requesting to receive a replacement product is also an option as long as it is still in stock.
